500 Bodyweight Challenge: The GB Workout Challenge Series app good for

I was looking for a simple app for something to boost my workout schedule. I found great all-around core exercises using bodyweight only here. Its a good foundation for my health program.
This is a really fantastic and challenging Workout with good instructional videos
I love this workout app. I get a great workout in less than 1/2 hour with no equipment. The instructional videos for each exercise are very helpful. Ive recommended this app to several people, although Im not sure that any of them have tried it because its tough!

Some bad moments

I find the workout simple but effective. When I travel the app is quite handy. Thanks Greg for this useful program.
Great app and........ the fact that it is free really proves to me that Greg wants to truly help us!
It is a great hard full body workout. Im a beginner and cant complete the exercises yet but in seven days i have lost 2 pounds. Only complaint i have is i wish i could listen to my itunes while working out. Even if you dont play the video you cannot run both apps.
Love this fitness app. Exercises that you can do anywhere. A good workout that makes you feel strong!
The work outs in this challenge are tough! Definitely worth getting
This app is by far one of the most intensive, challenging workouts I have found for my phone. I have used others, but this is the easiest and most concise workout. I have been using it a few times now and yet have been able to reach the goal set forth in the app. To get five stars, I would recommend having a beginner, intermediate, and expert challenge. I think this would keep newcomers to fitness motivated.
